Bay Cafe "AVOID - deteriorating service, quality" May 03, 2008 - i've been a semi-regular patron for ten years. prices have recently jumped by 40%, service has fallen by a similar degree. being ignored for fifteen minutes as tables sit empty while you 'Please wit to be seated' only goes so far with the patience of hungry patrons. now the only jam on the table is freezer strawberries - no more blackberry or grape or marmalade- what's the world coming to! the server drips coffee all over the table, the cashier carries the one and double charges me for my total. clearly quality control has gone out the window...i don't want to know what's going on in the kitchen. another sad success story. -cb. |
