"What happend to the a la carte Tilapia Tacos?"
July 06, 2007 - Yes, perhaps it was a wise busines move on their part getting rid of the single Tilapia tacos,  but I adored being able to order two of their Tilapia tacos (instead of the entree of 3 tilapia tacos which is the only way you can order them now). Three tilapia tacos does not leave adequate room for their to die for  guacamole, horchata, and tres leches cake!
Still, Los Nopales remains one of the best, and most reasonably priced, restaurants in Lincoln Square, and probably my favorite Mexican Restaurant in all of Chicago (I live in Pilsen now, and have been to plenty, so that is saying quite a lot!)

"Efebos is amazing!"
July 06, 2007 - Efebos is the superior coffee house to other Pilsen, and for that matter, Chicago coffee shops. Delicious, fresh soups and sandwiches and their life-changing licuados keep me coming back. But shhh ... let's keep this secret away from all the indie kids over at Jumping Bean.
