King's Hardware
"Have so much fun here"
June 08, 2008 - Agree that it's a great place to meet friends. The atmosphere is fun and the decor is original, out there. The deck is fantastic in the summers. I've closed it a couple times. Always worth sticking around.

Black Bottle
"Swank"
June 08, 2008 - Yeah, it's "swank," but there are more than a couple of well dressed guys looking to impress the ladies (a good thing or bad thing depending on your perspective) and the wine is all right. It can get really full at night, and parking is always crazy, though.

Wasabi Bistro
"Never had better"
June 08, 2008 - This sushi is flavorful and fun. So is the atmosphere. It's a young, hip sushi bar. And I can't get enough edamame.

Dick's Drive-in (Queen Anne)
"Better fries than Wallingford"
June 08, 2008 - Seriously. All five locations got new fries, but these guys really do it right. Some of the staff is a little sour -- I'm thinking of one guy in particular who never fails to look down on you -- but the food and the price make up for everything.

Remedy Teas
"So fresh and so clean"
June 08, 2008 - There's something so new age about a place that offers such a huge selection of tea. Also, you get a timer with each cup, so every cup is brewed perfectly. Yes, they take it seriously. If you look down on tea snobs, this is not the place for you.
