Katz's Deli (in New York)
"Good, spendy"
July 10, 2008 - I had the reuben, which was good but not amazing.  I like my bread grilled, and the fact that they microwaved the kraut and cheese threw me off.  The meet was excellent, and they didn't skimp.  Well, for $15 a sandwhich better have a lot of meat.
Bonus points for the history and character the place has.

Spotted Pig (in New York)
"Impressive"
June 04, 2008 - I was very impressed.  Everything was tasty, waitress was excellent, good atmosphere.  I had the rabbit for my entree.  Falling apart tender, braised in an outstanding sauce.

Dumpling Man (in New York)
"Good, but go to Chinatown"
May 31, 2008 - Good, but I preferred the ones I had in Chinatown. They were cheaper, too.

Pommes Frites (in New York)
"Great Fries"
May 30, 2008 - Fries need a mayonnaise-style sauce on them, right?  Well, it's good.
