Sunflour "Delicious" May 05, 2008 - I just had brunch here on Sunday, and it was phenomenal. Mostly, I have to say the smoked salmon eggs benedict are worth coming back for again and again. |

Lotus of Siam (in Las Vegas) "Great Thai Food" March 25, 2008 - Lotus has consistently delivered great Thai food at reasonable prices. They definitely cater to the American crowd, not the Thai Crowd. They offer thigns you don't normally see in a Thai restaraunt like a wine selection, and their food is very tasty and well plated, but its not the most authentic Thai. That having been said, I love their Salmon Panang. Also, you can find some obscure northern Thai specialties here that I have never seen elsewhere (I can't speak to the authenticity of these...) Be prepared for a half hour wait at the door, they are always packed. Come at 5:30 if you can to squeak in before the rush. 4 people like this review - Recommend |

Steiner's Pub (in Las Vegas) "Pub food done right" February 26, 2008 - Surprisingly good pub food and excellent choice of beers on tap for a Las Vegas pub. Standouts include the kobe beef burger, the chicken caesar with giant parmesan crisp, or the individually made nachos. The staff is always friendly, day or night. I miss this place. |

Cafe Mastrioni (in Las Vegas) "My favorite italian hangout" February 26, 2008 - I love this restaurant. If you want italian food done right, come here. The owner/chef Pete used to run the seafood restaurant at the Rio, and it shows here. No one cooks a piece of fish to perfect doneness like Pete. Try the fish special and ask him what's fresh. Or, try any of numerous excellent pasta dishes. He also makes the best pizza in the city in a wood-burning brick oven, ask for the white pizza. Thai Pepper (in Las Vegas) "authentic Thai" February 26, 2008 - If you are looking for some super authentic Thai, this is the place to go. One of the few places you can find dishes like Yen Ta Fo.
