"The Best Chinese food"

September 29, 2008 - Likes it - Despite the unappealing strip mall location, Han's Garden was a little slice of Heaven. The food is outstanding, served hot, unbelieveably quickly, with a smile. Prices are reasonable (dinner entrees from $9-$12), and the quality is great. My cashew chicken was loaded with big pieces of juicy white chicken meat and tons of nuts. The sweet and sour pork was the only disappointment, it was the usual battered and deep fried pork cubes with the overly bright red sauce poured on it. The hot and sour soup was the perfect balance of spicy heat and tang full of big mushrooms, tofu cubes and vegetables. I will definitely be going back to this restaurant soon.Funny side note: the decor is not Chinese but Italian, as in Tuscany. The furniture and the huge floor to ceiling wall mural are definitely Italian. 1 person likes this review Recommend |

September 15, 2008 - Likes it - I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and I wasnt sure of this place because of the setting in side, which I think now it is a great atmosphere, but beyond that it has the best chinese food here on Mercer Island. I love it , I love it, I love it....fabulous...keep up the good cooking!!!!! |
