January 14, 2008 - So went here this weekend with some friends, after reading the rating it got here, and can say that yes, its a good restaurant, but not the best sushi I have ever had.  Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our time here and enjoyed the food, I just feel like you could get a little better sushi for just around the same price.

January 06, 2008 - This was my favorite Japanese restaurant in Seattle until Wann opened up downtown. They have an interesting selectio of foods. Their mushroom salad is exotic and flavorful. Sometimes they have geoduck clams on their special board (yum!). And if you ask them, they'll serve you an awesome seaweed salad that isn't even on the menu. Good spicy tuna rolls too.

November 05, 2007 - I love Kisaku and it gets even better when you become a regular. The atmosphere is great, the sushi chefs are charming, and the sushi is great! I love it and always have a great meal. Try all the sushi and the spicey oysters too!

September 02, 2007 - This place is in a great area, but doesn't quite measure up. With a strong Sushi restaurant list in Seattle, you don't need to waste your time traveling to try this place. If you can walk to it, go ahead.
Service, food, and atmosphere were all mediocre with fairly standard fare and drinks. Just your run of the mill, strip mall sushi place. Green Lake sure is nice though!
