Welcome to The Everest Kitchen!
The Everest Kitchen is established with a vision of health and mission of wealth. Our restaurant shares a similar belief to the great Hippocrates, who we now know as the Doctor of Medicine, which is that the natural healing process starts with rest, a good diet, fresh air and cleanliness. We see the food not only as dishes for you to enjoy but a form of medicine to soothe your mind, body and soul. Our customers? health is one of our main priorities. Our goal is to prepare, cook and serve fresh and healthy Indian, Nepali, and Tibetan dishes. This restaurant strives to provide the healthiest food possible for our customers because we believe in health and longevity and at the same time we give you a dish that your pallet cannot resist while our freindly and professional staff ensures your happiness. Enjoy your meal! Mohan Gurung

"Fantastic little gem!"

October 20, 2009 - Likes it - I eat here frequently because I love the atmosphere and the food is great! They have Nepali, Tibetan and Indian foods, which is unique. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays they have a great all-you-can-eat lunch buffet which is the only one in all of Seattle that offers foods from Nepal. |

"Best Nepali food in Seattle!"
by Ryan Erwert

October 10, 2009 - Likes it - I lived in Nepal for 2 years and this is hands down the most authentic Nepali food available. My wife and I eat here at least once a month. The staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience. For vegetarians, I recommend the Daal Bhaat Tarkari and a veggie momo plate. Give it a shot and I promise you won't be disappointed! |

April 20, 2009 - Really likes it - Their food is great. It is a mix of Indian, Nepali and Tibetan food. The staff is so friendly every time that I have gone there and the food is good as well. The last time I was there the owner make sure to go around to every table and chat with everyone to see how they were doing. This was a nice touch and something that you don't hear of nowadays. There were also many people there that the owner knew well, so apparently they keep on coming back...always a good sign. I would recommend their sampler type dish. There is a picture of it on the back of the menu. |
