"Best beef tendon in seattle"
by ling
(5 reviews) March 07, 2008 - I like the Brown beef tendon. This is beef tendon that I know and understand from my childhood. Braised and full of flavor and cooked in a brown sauce/gravy. The portions are generous, really nice big chunks. Totally unlike all the vietnamese pho places that give you little slivers of tasteless jelly. 1 person likes this review - Recommend |
