"Great Food, Bad Customer Service"

June 16, 2008 - Doesn't like it - I was a regular here for many years and they have fantastic food. We went there once to celebrate with my parents and they would not accept our entertainment card (we purchased 4 meals), after we purchased our meals. They said they decided no longer to accept the card - just out of the blue. I spoke to the manager and they were not willing to do anything to make the situation better, such as a free desert or other discount. So I vowed never to go back. |
