"PHO BINH- New Name"

November 08, 2007 - This place has changed its name to Pho Binh and I believe ownership as well. I went to Pho Binh tonight and is pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Coming from the NorthEast (DC &NYC), I'm used to the myriad choices of good Vietnamese pho/soup. This one does not disappoint. My boyfriend usually order the chic noodle soup and prefer his with chicken broth, instead he got the beef broth. He still thoroughly enjoy his. My favorite Pho Tai Chin (steak and brisket noodle soup) comes with well seasoned broth and tender meat, of course I added all the bean sprouts, green chili, onion, every drop of lime to enchance the already flavorful soup. We both like the small, clean and intimate setting, and I believe the owner wants to preserve the ambience as well. 1 person likes this review Recommend |
