"Really Good" by Michele (78 reviews)
September 06, 2009 - Likes it - The tapas were all great- some better than others, the Serano ham, braised shank and tuna ceviche were best. The wine was fab, the sangria toooo sweet for me. Watch what you are spending though, our bill for 3 was close to $200 before the tip for this cute little spot.

July 31, 2009 - Likes it - This is the best for Spanish style tapas and food in Tampa. Great ambiance and music - same in St. Pete but different building.

"Fun nght out" by TampaCook (5 reviews)
December 17, 2008 - Likes it - Tampa has a distinct shortage of grown-up bars.  Ceviche isn't just a decent tapas restaurant; it also offers one of the few places in town where a group of adults can go have a relaxed, fun evening with good food, good drinks, and (usually) good music.  Other reviewers are right:  the service is not fast.  But that's not really the point of the place.  If you want fast service, go down the street to Ciccio's.  Ceviche is great for a long night out with a table full of friends.
Ceviche has an enormous menu of tapas (dozens of items), almost all of them are very good and several are excellent.  Our favorite way to eat there is to order in rounds.  Let everyone at the table choose one item to start.  The tapas items come out one by one, as they're ready, not all together.  You nosh, and talk, and drink wine or sangria, and nosh some more.  Order another round of food. Repeat.    Oh, and the prices are incredibly reasonable too -- I'm usually shocked by how little the bill is at the end of the night.
By the way, the reviewer that commented on Ceviche's unusual location at the bottom of an apartment building is way out of date.  Ceviche moved more than a year ago to a new location just down the street (the old St. Barts), and now has much more space, a bar with seating, and a big patio around a pool.

"Great Tapas Bar" by PPlocal (16 reviews)
December 08, 2008 - Likes it - The food is great in Ceviche's. I was in Barcelona only a couple of years ago, and they are up there with some of the Restaurants I ate in whilst in Spain. The service is nothing special, but as long as you are not in a hurry then its not a problem.

"Tapas + Tampa = Ceviche" by Matt Epstein (41 reviews)
November 09, 2008 - Really likes it - I have a soft spot for Tapas after spending some time abroad, and Ceviche is the best I've found around my home. The menu is very authentic and the quality is far above the few other Tapas bars in the area. The location is a little curious (the bottom of an apartment building) but the ambience is perfectly fine once you get inside. A little cramped but not a problem when you're hunched over sharing dishes anway. I can't wait to go back.
