  We had dinner here this past weekend. The food and service is always consistently good. I''ve been coming here for years and must have dined here well over 15 times and never had a bad meal. This time I tried the mahi which was excellent. My family ordered the chicken (it's back on the menu!), shrimp and lamb and all said they were excellent. You cannot go wrong with Dresslers. Also, it's in Birkdale village so it's nice to take a stroll and do some shopping after dinner. They also accept restaurant.com certificates.

  Very consistent.

  I love this place. The food is very good and the service is always top-notch. I use the restaurant.com gift certificate to get 25.00 off the price every time I go. You can't go wrong with any dish on the menu. The host also has another restaurant in Concord, Max's Alley, which is also excellent. My only concern is that they took the main chicken dish off the menu. This is as of January so maybe they put it back which would make my wife very happy.

  Dressler's is one of our favorite places to eat in Birkdale Village. The service is always great, and their outdoor dining area is the best in Birkdale. Being in Birkdale, parking is plentiful, but Dressler's also offers valet parking for those who don't want to find a spot on their own. My husband and I have tried many things here, and most do not disappoint. The french onion soup is the best we have ever had. The halibut, mahi with risotto, Oscar (tenderloin with crab), and diver scallops are our favorite entrees. Jon (the owner) and Stefan (the manager) remember you and treat you like family -- we really love the hospitality here! Our only wish is that they would start offering Sunday brunch.

  Wonderful restaurant! We're new to the area and have been looking for a restaurant that specializes in the "New South" type of cuisine that we love so much. I think we found it! We ordered the crispy duck and the seafood and grits which are our go-to dishes when we see them on the menu. Both were on-par with our favorites from home. Well done, Dressler's!

  Have eaten there several times after having eyeballed it for a few years. The food is outstanding. Shrimp and grits are killer good and the homemade deserts are great. Great bar pour, solid services and they are always happy to see you. Good place for great moments. Dressler's is top notch!

  The best steakhouse in the area. Jon also has a well rounded wine list. Skip the wine list and ask Stephan for a recommendation. He knows the wines very well. Be sure to ask him about his secret stash. He has some great wines not on the wine list. There is nothing on the menu that is not absolutely fantastic. Be sure to finish with a piece of cheesecake homemade by Jon's mother.
