"An easy place to have lasting memories of"

(41 reviews) July 21, 2008 - I was invited there by Jeana - who *must* take care of you; her knowledge of wine is simply spectacular - you will *not* be disappointed! Don't be discouraged by the busy-ness of the place if you cannot get a table right away - hang out at the bar - an entertaining and stimulating experience in itself. Have their L'Anisette martini, maybe a few fresh oysters while you're waiting, and see every yummy dish that goes by (my favorite way of choosing); every item is tremendous, though I do heartily recommend the canard l'orange; it doesn't quite fill you up, which just makes things perfect for one of their enticing desserts. They are also open for lunch and weekend brunch, which I must try soon - anyone up for a party there? |
