September 14, 2009 - Really likes it - The decor is captivating, the service impeccable. Best caesar salad anywhere, made at the table. Also, great chateaubriand. |

"Great Food- Great Waiter"

August 19, 2009 - Likes it - I recently dined at Cypress and had a great experience. Not only was the food execellent (the Steak Diane was to die for), but the service was mpeccable. Our waiter Jay was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful with suggestions. I can't wait to go back! |

"From great to ordinary at best"

August 01, 2009 - Doesn't like it - In '07 this place was the best. AFter the owner passed, it's taken a nose dive. Still busy, but the service has slipped significantly. Churn em and burn em must be the new mantra. 1 person likes this review Recommend |

"Special Place, Special Night, Special Attention"

December 02, 2008 - Really likes it - Chef Craig pulled out all the stops to make our 25th anniversary celebration one we'll remember for a long, long time. Many places pretend to offer creative cuisine, great attention to detail and a memorable experience, but for us Cypress was the real deal for a special occasion. One of the best of the best 3 people like this review Recommend |

"Always Excellent"

October 06, 2008 - Likes it - After reading another review that Cypress was good for steak if you could not get into Oak, or as the employees call it Joke, or Grill 225, I just had to voice my opinion. Cypress hands down has the best steak in town, and this is coming from a local with no connection to the restaurant. Cypress has always been top notch for dinner whether you want steak and potatoes, or seafood. The seasonal menu is exquisit, signature Cocktails, atmosphere and service are supurb. Don't even bother with any other "steak house" in town! 6 people like this review Recommend |

"Steak"

August 31, 2008 - Likes it - Cypress is a wonderful place to have a steak if your not lucky enough to get into Oak or even Grill 225. The busy wall of wine bottles will amaze you, good service times, and easy to walk to. Its my 3rd choice for a steak house in downtown. |
