July 18, 2009 - Doesn't like it - I was excited when I heard there was a place known for it's fried chicken. I grew up in the south and it doesn't come close. Chicken was bland and dry. |

May 02, 2009 - Really likes it - Great milkshakes, fantastic fried chicken, and the best burger in town. Nothing fancy about Lucky Wishbone but it sure is some good eating! |

March 25, 2009 - Likes it - Lucky Wishbone is one of the few restaurants where the waitresses still call you "Honey." A very friendly atmosphere with lovable waitresses. For over fifty years Lucky Wishbone has been serving Alaskans their irresistible burgers. Lucky Wishbone is a great place for lunch with family or friends. Tends to be busy at noon and is extremely busy during the summer season, but worth the wait! 1 person likes this review Recommend |

February 11, 2009 - Likes it - Having just recently moved here from Oklahoma, I was looking for a place with good home fried chicken. Lucky Wishbone comes _very_ close to my southern tastes. 1 person likes this review Recommend |

"Great Chicken"

February 04, 2009 - Likes it - Has to be some of the best fried chicken I have enver had. Make sure you call ahead if you plan on take-out, the place gets busy at lunch hour. The malts and shakes are also good. I would stick to the chicken tho, wasn't thrilled with the other items on the menu. |

November 05, 2008 - Likes it - Looking for great 'home' cooked chicken? Look no further. Pan fried, buttermilk batter - great. Be sure to save room for the strawberry shortcake! Warm buttery biscuit, covered in strawberries and soft ice cream. Phenomenal. I hope Mom & Pop are able to keep it going for years to come. |
