Among the new restaurants in Seattle, How to Cook a Wolf, Cafe Press, Quinn's, and Artemis are my favorites. Are there any other good new spots that I'm missing? |

Oriel Cafe is incredible! It is a new hot spot that is perfect for a date night. The food is excellent -- we are addicted to the scallops and horeseraddish sauce salmon! Thank you to Chef Andy for his talent the and the excellent service! We will be back for more!!! |

I'm dying to try Matthew Dillon's new place down in Georgetown -- the Corson Building. Sitka and Spruce is a favorite, so I'm eager to see what he's done with his new place. |
