May 11, 2008 - I've never been to a restaurant for a birthday dinner in an upscale place that doesn't have alot of what's on the menu- server said they're changing their menu so they ran out of a lot of food. (manager didn't have a clue what the server was talking about) It was sooo bad we asked them to cork our wine before we even had an order placed. Manager comped out wine- nice gesture but really I just wanted a happy birthday edible dining experience. 1 person likes this review - Recommend |

Maggiano's Little Italy "This is disappointing..." May 11, 2008 - I used to love this place- but it's gone downhill in my book & word on the street... the service is UNDERstaffed big time & then the bar/kitchen gets backed up so by the time you get your food- the quality has diminished. AND if you have a reservation- plan on waiting at least 25 more minutes- manager let his cousins go ahead of everyone on wait list! NICE~ |
