Moon Temple Restaurant "Should be renamed "DOOM Temple Restaurant"!" March 29, 2008 - unfortunately I went completely off their score here on Urbanspoon and tried this place out. I felt awful meeting friends up there because as we walked in the place was dingy, dirty and no one to be found to seat you (let alone wait on you!).Ordered basic staple Chinese dishes, kung pao chicken and singapore noodles..noodles were dry and but the kung pao was the worst I have ever tasted!The server was terrible..never came back to check on us..never refilled water and we have to steal plates and silverware from another table! Very slow service (and we only saw 2 other familes in the entire place).I wouldn't step foot in this place even if they gave me a free meal!I have no idea who rated this place so great but I'm beginning to believe it must be some relatives of the owners of this place! 1 person likes this review - Recommend |

Luna Park Cafe "Cute little spot!" February 06, 2008 - The retro decor was entertaining. Ended up going on superbowl sunday so no one else was there but had the strawberry waffles which I enjoyed! Would go back again, seemed to have a big menu. 1 person likes this review - Recommend |

5 Spot "Didn't care for menu.." December 31, 2007 - We've been to this place before only for breakfast (which I thought was ok) but ended up going there last night when we realized Betty's up the street was closed.hated the limited menu with waaaay too much pork..yuck!I ended up taking my food back and didn't even like what i got in return.Tried the shrimp and okra..rubberery textureHusband got the fried chicken which had no flavor.We both ended up pretty nauseous on the ride home.If you decide to go stick with breakfast. 1 person likes this review - Recommend |

Hot Mama's Pizza "The best pizza!!" December 26, 2007 - I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Hot Mama's Chef's choice pizza..so delicious with the basil and tasty crust! My all time favorite pizza ever! |

Kingfish Cafe "Vintage Charm" December 25, 2007 - My husband took me here for some southern comfort food and it was great. the atmosphere was inviting and interesting and eclectic. I had the fried chicken (of course, yum!) and was not disappointed. Yams were good too!Staff was very friendly. Go early on weekends because it gets crowded! |

B & O Espresso "Love it." September 03, 2007 - I love the cute decor and dessert and brunch menu..tried the preteroles and enjoyed them..seemed a bit pricey for $6.00 and above for a slice of cake but I guess if people come there just for dessert they need to up the prices..highly recommend for coffee, tea and desserts! |

Salty's on Alki "Save your money" August 20, 2007 - I took my mother here while visiting..I had just given birth and my one time I got to go to a nice restaurant, the food was cold, and my server was terrible. They didn't even offer surf and turf!?? My mother ordered a filet mignon and they brought her a sirloin. We told the manager and he gave us attitude and di NOTHING to make us feel we would ever consider returning! Awful service and i would never go back..the only decent thing was the view.. 2 people like this review - Recommend |
