Ancient Grounds
"Great atmosphere"
March 13, 2008 - One of the hidden gems of coffee houses downtown. Great art and relaxing ambiance.

Other Coast Cafe
"Ambiance not like Ballard"
May 07, 2007 - Sandwiches still just as good as in Ballard location, but this is a classic example of how much ambiance contributes to a restaurant experience. All the atmosphere of a Subway or Quiznos in this office buildling location. If it's a nice day, take your sandwich out and sit by the waterfall rather than inside.

Senor Moose
"a revelation"
May 07, 2007 - Simply one of the best restaurant experiences in the city. Between the quirky ambiance and amazing menu & food, this place just stands out as a place you could go every day and not tire of it. Loved everything about it.

Mandarin Chef
"Better than Snappy"
April 03, 2007 - Chef formally worked at Snappy Dragon and he brings a lighter and tastier touch to Mandarin Chef. Homemade noodles are best feature. Friendly staff.

Burrito Loco
"tasty and authentic"
March 22, 2007 - Great food without pretension and a good value. One of my favorite restaurants in the city. Now has full bar to get your margarita fix.

Medin's Ravioli Station
"Hidden gem"
March 22, 2007 - Easy to pass by on your way through freelard, but this place is a hidden gem of quality.

Gordito's Healthy Mexican Food
"Healthy? I don't think so..."
March 22, 2007 - Too much salt. Too much quantity. Place is resting on its reputation from the past.
